The Stroscher family has been in the San Juan Capistrano community for over 120 years.

In 1887, William and Frederica purchased a ranch that became orange and walnut groves and settled into a farmhouse directly across the street from the Mission.  At the time, the town consisted of little more than the Mission, a general store, several saloons and a few adobe residences.

Stroscher Capistrano, LLC endeavors to engender a sense of community by maintaining our property in a manner that meets the current needs of the local population and also complements
the area's history and culture.
